BUSINESS RULES OPTION

The Business Rules Option provides automatic programming to your database. It monitors your data and sends alerts, notifications or updates when the data meets certain criteria. You define what data you want to monitor and who is notified, and Business Rules does the rest.

Standard features of the Business Rules Option include:
• Automatically send all AutoPilot items throughout each day
• When a response is submitted by an agent and marked “Urgent”, automatically text/email the administrator
• Email Relocation Stats to Relocation Director on a daily basis
• When agent update request is not answered in a certain amount of time, notify owner to take action
• Automatically re-send the update request to the agent if not responded, and copy Manager if needed
• Email/text administrator is a record is in the Import table longer than 30 minutes
• Email/text administrator if AutoPilot item is missing the email address
• Email/text administrator if AutoPilot item is missing the form name
• Email/text administrator if Referrals table record has no MgrConsulant assigned
• Email/text administrator if Referrals table record is "Active" with no ToDo items assigned
• Email/text administrator if LastUpdatDate in Referrals table is > 2 Weeks old
• Notification alert to admin that Import table has records that need to be updated

NOTE ABOUT LEASE PAYMENTS: The Lease Setup Fee is paid up front, in addition to 12 monthly Lease Payments which are deducted automatically from your credit card account. The Lease payments include the Maintenance fee during the first year. At the end of the Lease period you own the license and will pay the annual Maintenance fee only.
